School Uniform

Uniform is an important part of a school’s identity. It reinforces who we are as a community and helps allow children to feel pride in their school. It promotes a sense of belonging and reduces visible economic and social differences thus promoting equality. It also helps prepare children for life after school where many will have to dress a particular way for work.

Make up, false nails, extreme hair colours, jewellery and novelty headbands are not permitted to be worn at school.

The wearing of school uniform is compulsory for all children. Our uniform is:

• Green sweatshirt, hoodie or cardigan with school logo

• White polo shirt

• Grey tailored trousers or skirt

• White or black socks, or tights, as appropriate

• Black shoes with lace or Velcro fastenings

• Optional tailored grey short trousers for summer or a gingham green and white summer dress

• Our PE Kit is a white T-Shirt and black shorts. In the winter, colder months, children may wear a tracksuit or leggings.
